Product Details
PBT is the abbreviation of polybutylene terephthalate. PBT DTY with performance excellent elastic recovery and elastic stability, the elasticity better than nylon, its chemical resistance better than spandex. It can be dyed under normal temperature and normal pressure without any carrier, and high grade color fastness, good dimensional stability, anti pilling, antistatic, and the price is far below than spandex.
The fiber can be widely used in knitting, woven fabric, can replace spandex to be coated. For top grade sportswear, swimwear, casual clothes' fabric. PBT DTY has wide application prospect in sanitary materials, clothing and other fields, is the competitive new products in future on elastic fiber market.
(1) PBT has good durability, dimensional stability and good elasticity, and the elasticity is not affected by temperature.
(2) Fiber is soft, good moisture absorption/abrasion resistance and the crimp property, excellent elasticity of elongation and compression, elastic recovery rate is better than polyester, have retractility special in dry and wet conditions, and the elasticity is not affected by the surrounding temperature change of the environment.

(5) PBT and PET composite fiber with fine and dense stereo crimped, excellent resilience, soft handle and excellent dyeing properties, is ideal for wool, down like raw material, comfortable to wear.
