We have developed composite conductive filament, after overcoming the key technology about dispersion and stabilization of the conductive nano-powder, design and development of the high ratio composite spinning suit, controling the shape of fiber made in spun and drawn one step.
The antistatic mechanism of conductive fiber is the corona discharge that generated between the conductive fiber. Corona discharge is a very mild forms of static discharge, when the voltage reaches a certain value, the corona discharge is generated without the elimination of static electricity spark. This phenomenon is usually considered conductive fiber in the fabric, under the action of electrostatic field, cause the ambient air to produce ionization and the formation of positive and negative ions, with a positive or negative ions neutralize with static charge from the fabric, thus remove static electricity.
