Recycled low-temperature cationic fiber is a low-carbon, environmentally friendly high-performance fiber. Based on the addition of the third monomer, sodium sulfonate of ethylene glycol terephthalate, a fourth monomer is added, and synthesized with diphenyl silane diol as an anti-pilling agent, allowing for deep dyeing below 100°C at normal temperature and pressure.
Due to its excellent characteristics of dyeing at normal temperature and pressure and high dye uptake rate, it can be interwoven with any synthetic fiber, artificial fiber, and natural fiber. It is widely used in spandex covering and interwoven with wool or silk, and can replace low-temperature dyeing fibers such as nylon and acrylic. It is mainly used for sportswear fabrics, household textiles, and automotive interior decorations. It can save a large amount of water, electricity, steam, and dye chemicals in dyeing and post-processing, reducing wastewater concentration, and is favored by domestic and international sports brand companies.
